99.5 A high-purity oxygen generator refers to a device capable of producing oxygen with a purity of up to 99.5%. It is widely used in medical and industrial fields. This equipment typically employs pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. Taking the Hengda high-purity oxygen generator as an example, the air first passes through the main unit of the front-end oxygen generator, where molecular sieves utilize the difference in adsorption capabilities of oxygen and other gases to adsorb impurities such as nitrogen under low pressure, separating out higher-purity oxygen. Then, it passes through the rear-end oxygen purification device for further purification, thereby producing oxygen with a purity of over 99.5%. In addition, there is membrane separation oxygen generation technology, which uses special membrane materials to separate oxygen from other gases, also enabling the production of high-purity oxygen.
