C-Class Main Line Filter: Used after the air compressor or before the refrigerated dryer, it can filter out solid particles above 3um and a large amount of liquid, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 5ppm.
T-Class Filter:Also known as air line filter.Used before the A-grade filters, it can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 1um, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 0.5ppm.
A-Class Filter: Also known as ultra-high efficiency oil removal filter.Used after the refrigerated dryer, it can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01um, and the lowest residual oil content is only 0.001ppm.
When non-original parts are used, the compressor service life may be impaired. The practice of using other than genuine parts in the compressor increases oil contamination in the compressed air, reduces service life of seals and valve gaskets, increases electric power consumption, since a heavy oil increases motor torque at running and starting conditions, wear and service life reduction of drive components such as bearing and gears, premature wear of compressor element, resulting in low unit efficiency.

PSA TECHNOLOGY INTRODUCTION
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology a revolution in Non Cryogenic Air Separation and Oxygen Generation Technology uses special grade of ZMS ( Zeolite Molecular Sieve).
The compressed air is passed through a Twin Tower PSA module interconnected with automatic change over valves. After passing through a Refrigerated Dryer air gets dried. Dried compressed air will now come in contact with bed of Zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS).
Zeolite Molecular Sieves are special grade of adsorbent which have the property of preferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules.
The outgoing oxygen gas is sent to a surge vessel where the minimum pressure will be maintained with the help of Back pressure Regulator.
