PSA TECHNOLOGY INTRODUCTION

Before entering the module, the air is efficiently dried using a Refrigerated Dryer. Subsequently, the dry compressed air interacts with a bed of Zeolite molecular sieves.

The Zeolite Molecular Sieves possess a remarkable characteristic – they exhibit preferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules. This property enables the effective removal of nitrogen, allowing the desired oxygen gas to pass through.

To maintain a consistent pressure, the resulting oxygen gas is directed to a surge vessel. This vessel is equipped with a Back Pressure Regulator, which ensures that it operates at a minimum pressure, thereby facilitating smooth system performance.
